Class Descriptions
We offer a variety of classes including mat-based yoga, aerial yoga and bungee fitness. Whether you are looking to relax and rejuvenate or sweat and fly we have something for you!
Intro to Bungee
Ready to try bungee fitness? Start with this class! Bungee fitness is a low impact, high intensity workout. Use of the bungee reduces the impact on the joints by up to 70%. Plus, it is FUN!

Level 1 Bungee
Have you taken Intro to Bungee Fitness and are ready for more? Get ready for more flies and burpee combos in Bungee Fitness Level 1!

*you must have taken Intro to Bungee Fitness at our studio at least once before you will be cleared to take this class.
Coming Soon! Level 2 Bungee
Get ready to take your bungee fitness game to new heights! In level 2 bungee, you will learn new, more challenging flies and fly combinations. We will also introduce you to more burpee combos and swings.
*light weights may be added
*All participants must meet our age, height and weight requirements. Participants must be at least 12 years of age. Those between 12 and 15 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Participants must be between 5' and 6'5" and weigh between 90 and 240 pounds.

*You must have taken intro to bungee and level 1 bungee before moving on to level 2 bungee.
Bungee Buddha Blast
Take your fitness next level by combining bungee, resistance training and core work. You will get the cardio benefits of high intensity, low impact bungee fitness training plus toning through the use of resistance bands and light weights. The class ends with upper body focused dumbbell exercises, belly busting core work and a cooldown stretch.

Golden Bungee - age 60+
Are you 60+ and like to workout with your peers? Join us for Golden Bungee - a bungee fitness class just for people age 60 or older! Bungee fitness is low impact, high intensity cardio exercise that is appropriate for all ages and abilities. The bungees reduce the impact on your joints allowing you to get a great workout that doesn't hurt.

Intro to Aerial Yoga
What could be better than combining yoga and a hammock? Pretty much nothing! If you are looking to relax or try something new, check it out. No previous yoga experience required.

Level 1 Aerial Yoga
Have you taken Intro to Aerial Yoga and are ready for more? Up your aerial game with more inversions, deeper stretches and core work.

*It is required that you take Intro to Aerial Yoga at our studio at least once before taking this class.

Level 2 Aerial Yoga
Have you mastered Level 1 Aerial Yoga? Ready to take your aerial game up a notch? Join us for Level 2 Aerial Yoga! Be ready for plenty of inversions, core strengthening postures and deep stretch.

* it is required that you take both intro and level 1 aerial yoga at our studio at least once before taking moving on to level 2.

Restorative Yoga
Take some time for yourself and just relax. Restorative yoga is self care in its truest form. We will move very slowly through gentle poses and stretches meant to release tension in the body while keeping the focus on the breath and maintaining a meditative state. We will lower the hammocks to use them for support while remaining on the ground. Bring a throw size blanket to use during savasana - final resting pose.
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a 30 minute practice done from a supported position. This is a gentle practice ideal for those with limited mobility, those recovering from an injury or anyone looking for a light practice. No previous yoga experience needed.
Yoliates
It is a yoga and Pilates fusion! Stretch, flow and build core strength in this class that combines the best of yoga and Pilates.
Beginner Yoga - Mat-Based Yoga
Join us for this beginner-friendly mat-based yoga class. We will move through an all-levels accessible flow then into gentle stretching followed by resting in savasana.
Power Yoga - Mat-Based Yoga
Join us for a fun and energizing power yoga class! This funky flow is set to music!

Ashtanga - Mat-Based Yoga
Ashtanga is a yoga practice that utilizes the same series of postures each time in an effort to increase flexibility, stability and balance. We begin with sun salutations, then a standing series, followed by a seated series, finishing poses and finally savasana.
*60 minute and 90 minute classes offered
Fusion Flow - Mat-Based Yoga
Join us for a hybrid yoga class that included all the best of vinyasa flow, hatha yoga and yin yoga.
Mommy and Me Yoga
Share your practice with a little person in your life! We will move through a simple mat-based yoga practice focused on fun and connection for 30 minutes then have 30 minutes of free time for participants to interact and play. Our yoga hammocks will be lowered so the littles can swing, sway and explore. Recommended age of participating is 2 to 5 years. Participating adult does not have to be mom! Grans, dads, aunts - all caregiving adults are welcome.
*Register the adult participant. Your payment covers both adult and child.
Sensory Play for Kids
Sensory Play for Kids is an unstructured hour of sensory stimulating play utilizing our yoga hammocks. Kids can swing, sway, cocoon, or hang in our kid friendly space. A teacher will be on site to suggest movements, but participation is optional. Kids will be encouraged to explore!
At least one adult caregiver must attend to supervise child. Recommended age is 5-10 years old.
Youth Stretch and Balance
*this class is suitable for kids age 8 to 13
Do you have a young athlete that wants to take their performance to the next level? Cheer, dance, softball, baseball, tennis, or volleyball - whatever the sport - improving flexibility and balance will allow your athlete to perform to their highest ability.
