We offer a variety of classes including mat-based yoga, aerial yoga and bungee fitness. Whether you are looking to relax and rejuvenate or sweat and fly we have something for you!
Intro to Bungee Fitness
Ready to try bungee fitness? Start with this class! Bungee fitness is a low impact, high intensity workout. Use of the bungee reduces the impact on the joints by up to 70%. Plus, it is FUN!
*participants must meet height and weight requirements - 5' or taller, 90-240 pounds.
Bungee Fitness Level 1
Have you taken Intro to Bungee Fitness and are ready for more? Get ready for more flies and burpee combos in Bungee Fitness Level 1!
*participants must meet height and weight requirements - 5' or taller, 90-240 pounds
*you must have taken Intro to Bungee Fitness at our studio at least once before you will be cleared to take this class.
Intro to Aerial Yoga
What could be better than combining yoga and a hammock? Pretty much nothing! If you are looking to relax or try something new, check it out. No previous yoga experience required.
*weight restrictions apply - all participants must weigh 240 pounds of less.
Aerial Yoga Level 1
Have you taken Intro to Aerial Yoga and are ready for more? Up your aerial game with more inversions, deeper stretches and core work.
*It is required that you take Intro to Aerial Yoga at our studio at least once before taking this class.

Restorative Yoga
Take an hour for yourself and just relax. Restorative yoga is self care in its truest form. We will move very slowly through gentle poses and stretches meant to release tension in the body while keeping the focus on the breath and maintaining a meditative state. We will lower the hammocks to use them for support while remaining on the ground. Bring a throw size blanket to use during savasana - final resting pose.
Yoga Shape Up - Mat-Based Yoga
If you are looking for a challenging yoga flow and a deep stretch, Yoga Shape Up is for you! This class combines the best parts of Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga and guided meditation to bring you a full body workout and a calmer mind.
Gentle Honey Flow - Mat-Based Yoga
This quiet, slow moving yoga class combines fluid movement and gentle stretch. The class ends with an extended savasana and guided meditation. This class is beginner-friendly.
Bungee Buddha Blast
Take your fitness next level by combining bungee, resistance training and core work. You will get the cardio benefits of high intensity, low impact bungee fitness training plus toning through the use of booty bands and light weights. The class ends with yogi abs - belly busting core work - and deep stretch.
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a 30 minute practice done from a supported position. This is a gentle practice ideal for those with limited mobility, those recovering from an injury or anyone looking for a light practice. No previous yoga experience needed.
Beginner Fusion Flow - Mat-Based Yoga
Join us for this beginner-friendly mat-based yoga class. We will move through an all levels flow then into gentle stretching followed by resting in savasana.
Ashtanga Yoga - Mat-Based Yoga
Ashtanga is a yoga practice that utilizes the same series of postures each time in an effort to increase flexibility, stability and balance. We begin with sun salutations, then move to a standing series, then a seated series and finally savasana.
Power Yoga - Mat-Based Yoga
Join us for a fun and energizing power yoga class. This funky flow is set to music!
Mommy and Me Yoga
Share your practice with a little person in your life! We will move through a simple mat-based yoga practice focused on fun and connection for 30 minutes then have 30 minutes of free time for participants to interact and play. Our yoga hammocks will be lowered so the littles can swing, sway and explore. Recommended age of participating is 2 to 5 years. Participating adult does not have to be mom! Grans, dads, aunts - all caregiving adults are welcome.
*Register the adult participant. Your payment covers both adult and child.
Sensory Play for Kids
Sensory Play for Kids is an unstructured hour of sensory stimulating play utilizing our yoga hammocks. Kids can swing, sway, cocoon, or hang in our kid friendly space. A teacher will be on site to suggest movements, but participation is optional. Kids will be encouraged to explore!
At least one adult caregiver must attend to supervise child. Recommended age is 5-10 years old.
Midday Reset
Join us midday for a gentle stretch, guided meditation and 15 minutes of silence to read, listen to a podcast, meditate or power nap. Hammocks will be available for use.
