Service Description
Join Vicki for a wellness workshop to learn some useful mindfulness techniques to reduce stress in the moment and the impacts of stress on your body and mind in the long term. You'll learn about stress, how it effects the body and how to be proactive about your stress levels. This workshop can be attended in person or virtually.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation by Participant If you must cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the class start time. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your payment and the ability to book future classes. If you are a no show to 3 classes or more, you will be required to prepay before booking future classes. Class Cancellation by Studio If a class has 1 or fewer booked participants 2 hours before the class is scheduled to begin, Flying Buddha Fitness will cancel the class. Any participants that have booked this class, will be notified and will not lose any class credits or payments.
