Service Description
Join Flying Buddha co-owners Karie and Vicki for a Pilates and Yoga fusion. Karie will guide you through 45 minutes of beginner-level Pilates, helping you build full body strength with emphasis on your core. Then, Vicki will lead you through 45 minutes of beginner-level yoga focusing on stretch and releasing tension from your body.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation by Participant If you must cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the class start time. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your payment and the ability to book future classes. If you are a no show to 3 classes or more, you will be required to prepay before booking future classes. Class Cancellation by Studio If a class has 1 or fewer booked participants 2 hours before the class is scheduled to begin, Flying Buddha Fitness will cancel the class. Any participants that have booked this class, will be notified and will not lose any class credits or payments.
