Service Description
Join Karie for 5 Pilates classes, each focusing on a different Pilates prop! Week one is a classical mat Pilates class where you'll learn the basics before adding props. In week 2, the mini ball will be introduced and focus will be on core strength and stability. The magic ring will be introduced in week 3. The magic ring helps improve coordination, deepen awareness of muscle engagement and adds moderate resistance. In week 4 you'll focus on strength and flexibility through the use of the resistance bar. Week 5 is a Pilates Props Party - ALL the props will be used in this class! This course takes place Thursdays at 8:30 am starting May 7.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation by Participant If you must cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the class start time. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your payment and the ability to book future classes. If you are a no show to 3 classes or more, you will be required to prepay before booking future classes. Class Cancellation by Studio If a class has 1 or fewer booked participants 2 hours before the class is scheduled to begin, Flying Buddha Fitness will cancel the class. Any participants that have booked this class, will be notified and will not lose any class credits or payments.
