Gentle Yoga
Service Description
A weekly practice designed to be gentle—but not easy. This class invites you to slow down while still challenging both body and mind. Through mindful movement, we explore how breath and flow can work together to soften tension and cultivate presence. Postures will be held with intention, creating space for release, resilience, and the kind of discomfort that leads to growth. Each week includes meditation to help dissolve judgment—toward yourself, your body, and your experience. As we develop greater awareness, we also strengthen our capacity for accountability: noticing our thoughts, actions, and emotions with honesty and compassion. This is a supportive space for learning, feeling, and becoming more fully awake in your own life. Gentle enough for beginners, meaningful enough for seasoned practitioners, and deeply transformative for anyone willing to meet themselves on the mat.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation by Participant If you must cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the class start time. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your payment and the ability to book future classes. If you are a no show to 3 classes or more, you will be required to prepay before booking future classes. Class Cancellation by Studio If a class has 1 or fewer booked participants 2 hours before the class is scheduled to begin, Flying Buddha Fitness will cancel the class. Any participants that have booked this class, will be notified and will not lose any class credits or payments.
