Summer Solstice Event

Join Flying Buddha at Lake Sara on the Summer Solstice to celebrate the changing of the seasons!

We will begin the evening with Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga lead by Vicki in a quiet Lake Sara cove. Enjoy beginner-friendly yoga on a paddleboard. The gentle movement of the paddleboard adds both challenge and relaxation. We will launch and bank at Kiki's Paddleboards launch point near the Lake Sara Beach Pavilions. A limited number of paddleboards will be provided by Kiki's Paddleboards. When we return to shore, we will take a short break, then head to the fire pit between the pavilions for a Sound Bath lead by Kaycie. Settle in on your yoga mat and get comfortable while you listen to the playing of bowls, gongs, and chimes as well as all the sounds provided by the natural surroundings.
