Gentle Yoga + Sound Healing
Service Description
Join us at the Lake Sara Beach Pavilion for a special gentle yoga + sound healing event. Practice gentle yoga with Kaycie Metzelaars then glide into a sound healing provided by Kaycie and Steve Longsworth. This practice will be held outside and lakeside, so be sure to prepare for the weather. Blankets and comfy clothes encouraged! All proceeds from this donation based event will be given to Crisis Nursery to help further their good works.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation by Participant If you must cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the class start time. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your payment and the ability to book future classes. If you are a no show to 3 classes or more, you will be required to prepay before booking future classes. Class Cancellation by Studio If a class has 1 or fewer booked participants 2 hours before the class is scheduled to begin, Flying Buddha Fitness will cancel the class. Any participants that have booked this class, will be notified and will not lose any class credits or payments.
